Pink October 2024 Sewing Workshop: Together Against Breast Cancer

In partnership with Les Amis du Ruban Rose, we held a Pink October sewing workshop on October 24 at LaSalle College Casablanca, where commitment and solidarity took on a profoundly human dimension.

Inspiring women, true fighters and survivors, joined us for a day of sharing and creativity.

As part of Pink October, our commitment to breast cancer awareness took a tangible and heartfelt form:

  • A Solidarity Sewing Workshop: This creative moment gained unique depth through the presence of courageous women—fighters and survivors—who shared their strength and hope.
  • A Space for Support and Sharing: Beyond sewing, each stitch and thread symbolized resilience, creating a precious moment to honor and support these women.

Fabric Cutting Workshop Activity

Pink October goes beyond just a color: it’s a concrete commitment to raise awareness about screening and to honor all the women affected.

We also created an awareness video, led by our learners and collaborators, to deliver a simple yet powerful message:

Together, let’s make screening a priority. Let’s support, protect, and stand in solidarity!
